NATO says Gadhafi fighters continue to be threat

An assault rifle is seen on a vehicle at a checkpoint in Wadi Dinar, Libya, Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011. Libya's new rulers have frequently claimed gains only to find their forces beaten back. Grafitti reads Libya Feb.17, the date of their revolution. (AP Photo/Alexandre Meneghini)
