Curtains open wide in Myanmar, a crack in N. Korea

Curtains open wide in Myanmar, a crack in N. KoreaIn this photo taken on April 2, 2012, a Myanmar man takes a peek at a newspaper as another looks on in Yangon, Myanmar. In very different ways, Myanmar, run by a cabal of generals, and North Korea, run by the same family as a Stalinist dictatorship since the 1940s, have opened themselves up over the past year or so, allowing the world to peer behind the political curtains they had so laboriously erected, but the question of whether there has been any real change still remains. ZSU-23-4 an antiarcraft gun used by ASSAD's forces on people, homes, vehicles

for those of you that don't know
what this is it is a self propelled 4 barrel (23mm anti-aircraft gun) according to the Geneva Convention to be used for that.... but not according to Assad, Qaddafi and other dictators.  They are being used in Syria just like they were used in Libya (against people, buildings mostly homes) bringing down structures to rubble. Apart from the killing factor, and that they are forbidden against the Geneva convention to be used against civilians  there is no reason for these to be out of garrison, the rebels have no air force, drones, balloons or  kites.

This is blatant, and not new, it has been going on from the get go......it is Russian made, what now Russia? will you still promote Assad? condemnation is not enough for the relatives of the 108 dead

UN nuclear chief : Deal with Iran reached on probe

UN nuclear chief : Deal with Iran reached on probe

It was unclear, though, how far the results achieved by Amano would serve that purpose, with him returning without the two sides signing the deal, despite his upbeat comments.
After talks in Tehran between Amano and chief Iranian nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili, "the decision was made ... to reach agreement" on the mechanics of giving the IAEA access to sites, scientists and documents it seeks to restart its probe," Amano told reporters at Vienna airport after his one-day trip to Tehran.
Amano said differences existed on "some details," without elaborating but added that Jalili had assured him that these "will not be an obstacle to reach agreement." He spoke of "an almost clean text" that will be signed soon, although he could not say when.
Traducido de la lengua de Shakespeare a la de Cervantes:
No estaba claro
