for those of you that don't knowwhat this is it is a self propelled 4 barrel (23mm anti-aircraft gun) according to the Geneva Convention to be used for that.... but not according to Assad, Qaddafi and other dictators. They are being used in Syria just like they were used in Libya (against people, buildings mostly homes) bringing down structures to rubble. Apart from the killing factor, and that they are forbidden against the Geneva convention to be used against civilians there is no reason for these to be out of garrison, the rebels have no air force, drones, balloons or kites.
This is blatant, and not new, it has been going on from the get go......it is Russian made, what now Russia? will you still promote Assad? condemnation is not enough for the relatives of the 108 dead
