Mass protests demand unity of rebel groups   Demonstration in the nieghbourhood of Bustan Qaser in Aleppo demands the overthrow of Assad regime   Today's Top Stories Mass demonstrations broke out in more than 370 different locations across the country demanding rebel fighters to unite their ranks, have a centralised command and unified strategy to knock down the Assad regime. Shot down two helicopter gunships and one fighter jet in the province of Deir Azzour. Destroyed two military tanks and one armoured vehicle in the city of Aleppo. Seized control of the neighbourhoods of Ameriya, Ithaa, Bab Antakiya and Sheikh Maqsoud in the city of Aleppo. Summary of Events Mass demonstrations broke out in more than 370 different locations across the country demanding rebel fighters to unite their ranks, have a centralised command and unified strategy to knock down the Assad regime, demonstrators also demanded the overthrow of the Assad regime. A number of defected officers announced the formation of the Joint Leadership of the Military Revolutionary Councils which includes more than 80% of the rebel fighting groups througout the country. Activists said that more than 70 soldiers defected to the rebels’ side in the Rahjan military checkpoint in the province of Hama. Regime forces committed a massacre in the Damascus suburb of Qodsaya claiming the lives of more than 17 civilians including women and children. Meanwhile, regime forces stormed the neighbourhoods of Barzeh, Qabun, Jobar and Tadmon killing at least 12 civilians in Barzeh and nine more in Qabun in addition to arresting dozens of other civilians. Activists also said that at least 12 prisoners were murdered in the central prison of Hama, while a number of civilians were also murdered in the Daraa suburbs of Kahil, Tafas, Bosra and Wadi Raqad. Regime forces bombarded the groves of Barzeh in Damascus while continuing to detonate and bulldoze residential buildings in the neighbourhood of Tadamon. Meanwhile, the heavy artillery and fighter jets bombarded the Damascus suburbs of Saqba, Harasta, Kafarbatna, Zabadani, Qudsaya, Artouz, Deir Asafir, Bahariya and Shaaba causing several deaths and injuries. In Deir Azzour, at least 20 civilians were killed “execution style” in the neighbourhood of Qosour as regime fighter jets pounded the neighbourhoods of Ommal, Arfi and Sheikh Yasin The rebel Free Syrian Army led by the al-Tawhid brigade continued pushing into the city of Aleppo, seizing control of more neighbourhoods and clashing with pro-regime Kurdish fighters (PKK) in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Maqsoud. Meanwhile, at least 22 civilians were summarily executed by regime forces in the neighbourhood of Rashdin, while dozens more were killed and more were wounded as the regime heavy artillery and fighter jets shelled the neighbourhoods of Jaloum, Kalaseh, Shaar, Nerab and Sakhour, as well as the provincial towns of al-Bab, Ezaz, Kafaramma and Kaljerin. In the meantime, regime forces resumed their fierce and indiscriminate shelling of densely populated areas throughout the country, leaving scores of civilians dead and wounded while destroying dozens of houses. They shelled the neighbourhoods of Jobar, Sultaniya, Khaldiay and Jouret Sheyah in the city of Homs as well as its provincial towns of Qosayr, Rastan, Ghanto and Krak Des Chevalier. They also shelled the Hama suburbs of Karnaz and Sahl al-Ghab as well as the Idlib suburbs of Sarmin and Jesser Shoghour. They resumed pounding the Daraa subrusb of Karak Sharqi, Yadouda, Mzereib and Tayba as well as the village of Bait Awan, Qasatel and Saraya in the suburbs of Latakia. US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the Syrian regime has moved some chemical weapons to safeguard the material as it wages war against rebel forces but the main storage sites for its arsenal remain secure. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said that the humanitarian situation in Syria has deteriorated rapidly during the month of September due to the escalating violence in the country and that the damage and destruction of the country’s infrastructure made it harder for people to find the things they need in order to survive, particularly medical care and medical supplies. مظاهرات وعربة مدرعة بي إم بي في مدينة حلب السيطرة على أحياء العامرية والإذاعة وباب أنطاكيا والشيخ مقصود في مدينة حلب ملخص الأحداث خرجت مظاهرات حاشدة في مختلف أرجاء البلاد قدرت بما يزيد عن 370 مظاهرة طالبت المجموعات المقاتلة بنبذ التفرقة وتوحيد صفوفها وايجاد استراتيجية موحدة من أجل اسقاط نظام بشار الأسد، كما أكدت على مطلبها بإسقاط النظام أتى ذلك تزامناً مع إعلان مجموعة من الضباط المنشقين عن جيش النظام تشكيل قيادة مشتركة جديدة للمجالس العسكرية الثورية والتي تضم أكثر من 80% من المجموعات المقاتلة في البلاد فيما أفاد ناشطون بأن 70 عسكرياً من جيش النظام أعلنوا انشقاقهم وانضمامهم إلى صفوف الجيش الحر من على حاجز الرهجان في محافظة حماة ارتكبت قوات النظام مجزرة في مدينة قدسيا في ريف دمشق راح ضحيتها أكثر من 17 مدنياً بينهم نساء وأطفال، كما قامت باقتحام أحياء برزة والقابون وجوبر والتضامن مدعومة بالدبابات ومئات العناصر وقامت بإعدام 12 مدنياً في حي برزة وتسعة آخرين في حي القابون فضلاً عن دهم المنازل واعتقال العشرات من المدنيين كما أفاد ناشطون بأن قوات الأمن قامت بإعدام 12 سجيناً في السجن المركزي بحماة، كما قامت قوات النظام بإعدام عدد من المدنيين في بلدات الكحيل وطفس وبصرى الشام ووادي الرقاد في محافظة درعا وارتكبت قوات النظام مجرزة أخرى في حي القصور في مدينة دير الزور راح ضحيتها ما يزيد عن 20 مدنياً في وقت واصلت قصفها العنيف بالطيران الحربي لأحياء العمال والعرفي والشيخ ياسين قامت قوات النظام بقصف بساتين برزة في العاصمة دمشق بالمدفعية الثقيلة وقامت بهدم وتفجير عدد من الأبنية السكنية بحي التضامن، فيما تجدد القصف بالمدفعية الثقيلة والطيران الحربي على مدن وبلدات سقبا وحرستا وكفربطنا والزبداني وقدسيا وعرطوز ودير العصافير والبحارية وشبعا في ريف دمشق مما أدى إلى سقوط عشرات الضحايا بين شهيد وجريح هذا وواصل الجيش الحر تقدمه في معظم أحياء مدينة حلب في محاولة منه لفرض سيطرته على المدينة وطرد القوات النظامية منها، حيث أعلن السيطرة على عدد من الأحياء وخاض معارك مع مجموعة مسلحة من الحزب العمال الكردستاني في حي الشيخ مقصود، في وقت قامت به قوات النظام بإعدام 22 مدنياً رمياً بالرصاص في حي الراشدين، بينما واصلت مدفعيتها الثقيلة وطائراتها الحربية قصف أحياء الجلوم والكلاسة والشعار والنيرب والصاخور ومدن الباب وإعزاز وبلدات كفرعمة وكلجرين مما أدى إلى سقوط عشرات الشهداء والجرحى بينهم نساء وأطفال في غضون ذلك، واصل قوات النظام قصفها العشوائي والعنيف والذي خلف عشرات الشهداء والجرحى فضلاً عن تهديم عشرات المنازل في مختلف أنحاء البلاد، حيث قصفت بالمدفعية الثقيلة والهاون والطيران الحربي وراجمات الصواريخ أحياء جوبر والسلطانية والخالدية وجورة الشياح في مدينة حمص ومدن وبلدات القصير وقلعة الحصن والرستن والغنطو، ومدينة كرناز وبلدة قسطون بسهل الغاب في ريف حماة، ومدن وبلدات سرمين وحاس والهبيط ومنطقة جسر الشغور في محافظة إدلب، وبلدات الكرك الشرقي واليادودة والمزيريب والطيبة في محافظة درعا، وقرى بيت عوان والقسطل والسرايا في ريف اللاذقية وفي سياق آخر، قال وزير الدفاع الأمريكي ليون بانيتا مستشهدا بمعلومات للمخابرات الأمريكية إن النظام السوري نقل بعض أسلحتها الكيماوية لزيادة تأمينها لكن مواقع الأسلحة الكيماوية الرئيسية مازالت كما هي وآمنة تحت سيطرة الحكومة فيما أعلنت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، أن الوضع الإنسانى فى سورية قد شهد تدهوراً سريعاً خلال شهر أيلول/سبتمبر الجاري، وأنه وفى ظل اشتداد الصراع فإن الكثير من البنى التحتية فى سورية إما تضررت أو دمرت، حيث أصبح الوصول للرعاية الطبية أمراً فى غاية الصعوبة، إما بسبب ظروف القتال والوضع المتفجر والخطير أو بسبب ندرة المواد الطبية
