Hoy me pidieron que mañana les hicera un resumen del fin de semana en el Medio Oriente para un show de radio……today I was asked to prepare an update for tomorrow’s Radio Show interview… Mientras buscaba noticias de Medio Oriente, as I was looking for news of the Middle East… me topaba con noticias de Corea del Norte…. I stumbled on news about North Korea.
Corea del Norte y la republica Islamica de Iran “intercambian technologia balistica”...North Korea and the Islamic republic of Iran exchange missile technology….. Nada nuevo, historia Antigua por mas de 20 años esto ha sido cierto…..Nothing new, it is documented that for at least the last 20 years this has been true… Pero lo que dice el nuevo articulo “ un leak” de la commission atomic de la ONU es que esto continua y atravez de un tercer pais con vuelos charter….. y ese pais es China. … What the new article does say is that this transfer continues to happen by means of charter flights through a third country…. And yes it is China…..
Ahora, China es un miembro permanente del consejo de seguridad de la ONU con poder de veto. Now China is a member of the Security Council with the power of veto. Asi que China hara todo lo possible por no publicar ese reporte o sancionarlo…. So China will do all in its means to hold back on the publication of this Report….. Lo triste, es que en el actual estancamiento en Libia, China y Rusia objetaron a la resolucion 1973 y luego cuando no les quedo mas remedio se abstuvieron en el voto… sadly with the current stalemate in Lybia, China and Russia also objected on resolution 1973 and later when they had no choice abstained from voting.
Este reporte es muy comprometedor para la China en los casos de sanciones de Corea del Norte y Iran…This is a very damaging report on China when it comes to sanctions to North Korea and Iran. Sus amigos los Rusos, tambien tienen paños sucios con Iran…..their friends the Russians also have some dirty laundry with Iran. Y asi ha sido el caso de Sudan, donde despues de la independencia de Sudan del Sur continuan ataques y Matanzas…. Otra area de interes para la China y sus necesidades energeticas… And that has been the case in Sudan, even after the partition and independence of the south where killings and attacks continue.. This again another area of great interest for China and their energy needs.
Como podran ver, el desvio de noticias, me saco del medio oriente, aunque la noticia si tiene que ver con el area. Las crisis en Siria, Yemen, Libia… y hoy entre los Palestinos, siguen ocupando nuestro interes inmediato pero Iran, Corea del Norte, siguen siendo tan peligrosos, y pocos se dan cuenta de la persistente continuidad en sus programas nucleares y como con todo y sanciones siguen haciendolo atravez de terceros paises que se prestan o se hacen de la vista larga…. The crisis in Syria, Yemen and Lybia and today the Palestines keep our immediate interest but Iran and North Korea continue to be as dangerous and persistent in the continuity of their nuclear programs even with sanctions they persist and do it through third world nations which lend themselves to it or just look the other way….
Asi que si tengo tiempo, mañana usare unos 45 segundo de mi introduccion para reflejar esta inquitud…so if I have the time tomorrow I will use my first 45 seconds of my introduction to reflect on this dilemma. Despues de todo, En Libia hay una Guerra civil y un estancamiento (hasta que no muera o se vaya Ghadaffi) nada cambiara… After all in Lybia there is a civil war going on, and until Ghadaffi dies or leaves the country) nothing will change……. Los (16) Palestinos muertos hoy en sus protestas por el dia de “Nakba” pasaran a segunda plana mañana… The (16) Palestinians who died protesting for their day in Infamy (Nakba) will be a second page article….. Los muertos en la frontera de Siria y Libano seguiran sumandose a los 800 o mas que el regimen de Bashan Al Assad ha matado desde Marzo 15. The dead on the border town between Syria and Lebanon will add up to the 800 or more that Bashad Al Assad has killed since Mrch 15th En Yemen un policia muerto, while in Yemen a dead police man solo otro mas….justanother one…..
Pero Africa sigue en candela….but Africa is still brazing for more Burkino Fasso hubo tiroteos en unas barracas militares….. In Burkino Fasso some disturbances and firing at a military barracks….. Este pais vecino de la costa de Marfil tambien ha tenido su s aires de cambios…..this neighbor state of the Ivory Coast has also has its air of change… hace varios dias en Sudan del Sur mas de 83 muerto, several dias ago (83) dead in South Sudan… Noticias desde Uganda, el Congo, Erietria News from Uganda, Congo and Eritrea … todos con gran numero de muerto, all with large numbers of dead…
Asi que en conclusion….. mas de lo mismo, en el Magreb, ojo a los Iranies y Coreanos del Norte y verguenza para la China…. In conclusion…… more of the same in the (NAME) North Africa Middle East, keep an eye on Iran and North Korea and shame on you China.
