Dozens of civilians die and more injured during aerial attacks on several neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo. Summary of Events More than three million people in the city of Aleppo are facing a looming humanitarian disaster after the city’s main drinking water pipeline was destroyed in airstrike by regime forces. Floods swept through a number of neighbourhoods drowning many houses and commercial establishments. Following heavy losses sustained by the regime after rebel fighters captured a big part of the Hanano barrack in the city of Aleppo, regime forces intensified their aerial attacks on residential areas leaving more than 50 people dead and dozens more wounded in the neighbourhoods of Halwaniya and Sha’aar only. Scores of civilians were reported dead and more were injured as regime forces resumed their heavy bombardment in neighbourhoods of al-Bab Road, Bustan Qaser, Maidan, Suleiman Halabi, Arqoub, Sakhour and Masaken Hanano as well as the provincial towns of Baza’aa, Ma’arrat Artiq and Kafar Hamar. Regime forces carried out several summary executions across the country, murdering 17 civilians in the neighbourhood of Jadat Khandaq in Aleppo and nine more in the Daraa suburb of Herak. As for Damascus, they murdered 15 civilians in the town of Douma and 12 others in the neighbourhood of Tadamon. Fighting resumed in the neighbourhoods of Qadam, Qaboun and Barzeh in the capital. Regime forces also resumed shelling the neighbourhoods of Hajar Aswad, Kafarsouseh groves, Tadamon, Asali and Yarmouk refugee camp leaving dozens of people dead including five Palestinians. Dozens more were killed and others injured as regime forces bombarded the provincial towns of Hejeira, Zabdani, Artouz, Sayeda Zeinba and Nashabiya. They also carried out sweeps and arbitrary arrests in the towns of Aqraba, Bait Sahem and Bibila. Regime forces also continued their massive military offensive throughout the country, killing dozens of civilians, wounding hundreds others and forcing thousands of them to flee their homes. Regime forces fiercely shelled the neighbourhoods of Jouret Sheyah, Jobar and Sultaniya in the city of Homs as well as its provincial towns of Krak Des Chevalier, Rastan, Houleh and Qosayr. They also resumed shelling the village of Sahl al-Ghab district in the suburbs of Hama as well as the provincial towns of Latamna and Kafarzeita. They heavily bombarded several neighbourhoods in the city of Deir Azzour as well as its provincial towns of Boukamal, Shahil, Mohasan and Baqara. They resumed shelling the Daraa suburbs of Bosra, Wadi Yarmouk, Heit, Yadouda and the village of the Lajat district as well as the Idlib suburbs of Sarmin, Ma’arrat Noman, Khan Sheikhoun, Kafartakharim, Qourin and Saraqeb. During a meeting by EU foreign ministers in Cyprus, Cypriot Foreign Minister Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis said that EU foreign ministers agreed on the need to beef up sanctions against Assad's regime. She added that sanction will be imposed soon and maybe next month. كارثة إنسانية في حلب تهدد حياة 3 ملايين شخص أبرز أخبار اليوم أكثر من ثلاثة ملايين مواطن في حلب يواجهون كارثة انسانية محتملة بعد أن قُطعت مياه الشرب عن المدينة جراء قصف طائرات النظام للأنبوب الرئيسي الذي يزود المدينة بمياه الشرب عشرات الشهداء والجرحى في قصف جوي للمباني السكنية في أحياء عدة من مدينة حلب الاتحاد الأوروبي يتوصل إلى توافق على تشديد العقوبات الاوروبية المفروضة على نظام الأسد قريباً وربما الشهر القادم أبرز المقاطع المصورة حلب: سقوط العشرات من الضحايا بين شهيد وجريح جراء القصف الجوي العشوائي للحي، ج2، ج3، ج4 حلب: سيول وغرق المنازل في أحياء الميدان وبستان الباشا جراء قصف أنبوب مياه الشرب الرئيسي الذي يغذي المدينة،ج2، ج3 دمشق: مجموعة شبان فلسطينين يشكلون كتيبة أحرار فلسطين التابعة للجيش السوري الحر رداً على اعتداء النظام على مخيماتهم وللوقوف إلى جانب الثوار السوريين إحصائيات اليوم  عدد الشهداء: 178 (حلب: 89، دمشق وريفها: 55، درعا: 17، حمص: 6، إدلب: 4، دير الزور: 4، اللاذقية: 2، حماة: 1) العمليات النوعية للجيش السوري الحر: قتل ما يزيد عن 40 عسكرياً من جيش النظام خلال اشتباكات دارت في محافظات مختلفة من البلاد اسقاط طائرة مروحية في دمشق ملخص الأحداث وجه أهالي مدينة حلب نداء استغاثة عاجل، حيث أن ثلاثة ملايين مواطن على الأقل باتوا يواجهون كارثة انسانية محتملة بعد أن قُطعت مياه الشرب عن المدينة جراء قصف طائرات النظام للأنبوب الرئيسي الذي يزود المدينة بمياه الشرب، فيما أن سيول المياه تعم أحياء الميدان وبستان الباشا وتُغرق الشوارع والمحال التجارية هذا وغداة الضربة القاسية التي تلقاها النظام بعد أن سيطر الثوار على ثكنهة هنانو العسكرية، شن سلاحه الجوي غارات مكثفة طالت عدة مدن وأحياء أدت إلى سقوط أكثر من 50 شهيداً وعشرات الجرحى في حيي الحلوانية والشعار وحدهما، كما سقط عشرات آخرون في تجدد للقصف المدفعي والجوي على أحياء طريق الباب وبستان القصر والميدان وسليمان الحلبي والعرقوب والصاخور ومساكن هنانو ومدن وبلدات بزاغة ومعارة العتيق وكفر حمرة في ريفها كما ارتكبت قوات النظام المزيد من الإعدامات الميدانية بحق المواطنيين العزل خلال اقتحامها للمدن والأحياء السكنية في مناطق مختلف من البلاد، حيث تم العثور على 17 جثة لمواطنين أعدموا ميدانياً في حي جادة الخندق في مدينة حلب، و15 جثة في مدينة دوما في ريف دمشق، و12 جثة أخرى في حي التضامن في دمشق وتسعة جثث في مدينة الحرك في محافظة درعا أما في دمشق، فقد نشبت معارك عنيفة في أحياء القدم والقابون وبرزة، فيما قامت قوات النظام بقصف أحياء الحجر الأسود وبساتين كفرسوسة والتضامن والعسالي ومخيم اليرموك مما أدى إلى سقوط عدد من الشهداء والجرحى بينهم خمسة فلسطينيين، وقامت كذلك بقصف مدن وبلدات حرستا وحجيرة البلد والزبداني وعرطوز والسيدة زينب والنشابية مما أدى إلى سقوط عشرات الضحايا بين شهيد وجريح، هذا بالإضافة إلى اقتحام مدن وبلدات عقربا وبيت سحم وببيلا بالدبابات وسط إطلاق نار كثيف وعمليات دهم واعتقالات عشوائية واصل النظام حملاته العسكرية في مختلف أنحاء البلاد خلفت عشرات الشهداء والجرحى فضلاً عن إجبار الآلاف من الأهالي على النزوح عن ديارهم، حيث قامت قواته بقصف أحياء جورة الشياح وجوبر والسلطانية في مدينة حمص ومدن قلعة الحصن والحولة والرستن والقصير في ريفها، وقرى سهل الغاب ومدن اللطامنة وكفرزيتا في ريف حماة، وعدد من أحياء مدينة دير الزور ومدن البوكمال والشحيل والموحسن والبقارة في محافظة دير الزور، ومدن وبلدات بصرى الشام ووادي اليرومك وقرى اللجاة وبلدة حيط واليادودة في محافظة درعا، ومدن سرمين ومعرة النعمان وخان شيحون وبلدات كفر تخاريم وكورين وسراقب  في ريف إدلب وفي اجتماع لوزراء خارجية أوروبا في مدينة بافوس في قبرص، صرحت وزيرة خارجية قبرص إيراتو كوزاكو ماركوليس التي تتولى بلادها الرئاسة الدورية للاتحاد الاوروبي أن الاتحاد توصل إلى توافق على تشديد العقوبات الأوروبية المفروضة على نظام الأسد قريباً وربما الشهر القادم Revolution Statistics Syrians killed: 31,343 Children killed: 2,342 Females killed: 2,575 Soldiers killed: 2,704 Protestors killed under torture: 993 Missing: +76,000 Protestors currently incarcerated:+216,000 Syrian refugees since March: +249,048 Refugees in Turkey: +80,410 Refugees in Lebanon: +65,041 Refugees in Jordan: +81,456 Refugees in Iraq: +21,744 Internationl Reactions EU agrees to beef up sanctions on Syria Russia seeks UN backing of Syria peace plan Lavrov: US sanctions on Iran, Syria harming Russian business Selected Media Coverage Asharq Al-Awsat: Syria: The Patriarch following Nasrallah!
