Destroyed two military tanks and captured an armored vehicles in the Daraa suburb of Baser Harir. Summary of Events Regime forces executed 36 people as they stormed the town of Mastouma, 6km south of Idlib city, where the Syrian military command of Idlib province is located. Regime carried out a massive extrajudicial arrest and arson campaign out after a fierce resistance by the rebels who pulled out of the town amid heavy tanks and artillery shelling. The detainees were then field executed and more than 50 houses were burnt down. More than 32 people were killed by regime forces in Damascus and its suburbs, seven of whom died due to the indiscriminate mortar and artillery shelling in the Palestinian Yarmouk Camp as many displaced civilians were returning back home. Meanwhile, dozens more civilians have been killed and injured due to similar attacks on the provincial towns of Bibila, Aqraba, Thiyabiya, Douma and Mleiha in the East Ghouta district. Residents of the Jubeila neighbourhood in Deir Azzour city, discovered nine bodies that are said to have been executed by regime forces few months ago. Meanwhile, a regime fighter jet targeted a residential area in the village of Jbab Hamad, near the ancient town of Palmyra, east of Homs city, killing at least ten people, including four children in addition to injuring dozens more. Jbab Hamad is a village that’s inhabited by less than 400 people. Dozens of civilians and rebel fighters were killed due to the violent clashes and shelling that took place throughout Raqa, Aleppo, Daraa and Hama provinces. Regime forces shelled as many as 193 different locations across the country using all sort of heavy weaponry, including cluster and explosive bombs. Some 52 locations were shelled by mortar shells and 80 others were pounded by heavy artillery. More than 52 locations came under rocket shelling as fighter jets and helicopter gunships struck 11 others. Violence left at least 150 people dead today. Some 115 were killed by regime forces including seven children , four women and 15 rebel fighters whereas more than 35 regime soldiers and militiamen were killed by the rebel forces. Using heavy artillery, rocket launchers and mortar shells, the rebels resumed their attacks on the military bases of Quwayres, Menneg and Jarah in the suburbs of Aleppo. They shot down a helicopter gunship while landing in the Taftanaz airbase in the suburb of Idlib. They also shot down a civil aircraft that has engulfed in flames while landing in the Deir Azzour airbase in the eastern province of Deir Azzour. Activists said that the civil aircraft carried resupplies to the surrounded regime forces. The rebels scored advances in the suburbs of Damascus after storming the premises of the State Security Branch in the provincial town of Harasta. Heavy fighting also continued on various fronts throughout the country where the rebels managed to destroy two military tanks and capture an armoured vehicle in the Daraa suburb of Baser Harir.
