Assad issues a general amnesty while his forces kill 21 children and 18 women   The catastrophic aftermath of the fierce shelling in the Damascus suburb of Saqba Today's Top Stories Assad’s forces committed massacres in Damascus, Aleppo and Deir Azzour while Assad issued a general amnesty. At least 72 people died in the suburbs of Damascus most of them fell in Moadamiya and Douma. At least 20 people died as regime forces shelled a bakery in the neigbourhood of Masaken Hanano in Aleppo city. Summary of Events Assad’s forces perpetrated massacres in Damascus, Aleppo and Deir Azzour at the same time Assad issued a general amnesty for crimes committed during the 19-month Syrian uprising – except for those carried out by the "terrorist" rebel opposition. At least 72 people were killed and dozens more were injured as regime forces carried on their massive military operations in the suburbs of Damascus whereby 27 people died in the provincial town of Moadamiya, half of which were executed after been detained and the other half were killed by a car bomb explosion near a mosque and indiscriminate rocket shelling on a residential compound. Meanwhile, 14 people died in the provincial town of Douma as a result of the indiscriminate mortar shelling and sniper fire. Dozens of people were also killed and more were injured as regime forces pounded the eastern Ghouta district as well as the provincial towns of Zabdani, Zamalka, Harasta and Erbin. Regime’s heavy artillery shelled the neighbourhood of Masaken Hanon in Aleppo killing as many as 20 people when two shells hit a bakery. At least four children died in a similar attack on the neighbourhood of Karm Homed, while two teenagers that show severe torture marks were found in the neighbourhood of Khaldiya. A number of people were killed and dozens more were injured due to the indiscriminate shelling that targeted more than 30 different areas in Aleppo and its suburbs. An airstrike killed eight people including two women and four children in the Deir Azzour suburb of Boukamal. Dozens of people were wounded as regime forces launched their heaviest rocket, artillery and aerial shelling using cluster bombs in the city of Deir Azzour and its provincial town of Mayadin. More than 24 different areas in Homs province were under heavy bombardment by the joint Assad-Hezbollah forces. Regime forces also unleashed heavy aerial and artillery bombardments on the suburbs of Idlib mainly targeting the town of Ma’arrat Noman. Meanwhile, six civilians were executed in Daraa province of which three died under torture while regime forces resumed their massive military operations amid suffocating siege and indiscriminate attacks on residential areas in Daraa as well as in Hama, Latakia, Raqa and Qunaitera, leaving scores of people dead and many more wounded while destroying dozens of houses, thus prompting a mass exodus. Heavy battles broke out across the country between rebel fighters and regime forces, leaving at least 42 army soldiers and 40 rebel fighters dead. Rebel fighters continued to besiege the Wadi Adayf military base and a number of military checkpoints in the Idlib suburb of Ma’arrat Noman. The rebels said they seized control of more than 18 different military positions in the suburbs of Idlib so far, thus forcing more than 80% of regime forces out of it. الأسد يصدر مرسوم عفو وقواته تقتل 21 طفلاً و18 امرأة أبرز أخبار اليوم قوات النظام ترتكب جرائم في دمشق وحلب ودير الزور والأسد يصدر مرسوم عفو عن كافة الجرائم سقوط أكثر من 72 شهيداً وعشرات الجرحى في ريف دمشق معظمهم في معضمية الشام ودوما قصف عنيف استهدف مخبز في حي مساكن هنانو في مدينة حلب يخلف أكثر من 20 شهيداً وعشرات الجرحى أبرز المقاطع المصورة مساكن هنانو، حلب: سقوط عشرات الشهداء الجرحى جراء غارة جوية استهدفت فرناً للخبز، ج2 معضيمة الشام، ريف دمشق: سقوط عشرات الشهداء جراء القصف العشوائي، ج2، ج3 دوما، ريف دمشق: استهداف المدنيين بشكل مباشر بقذيفة هاون أثناء إسعافهم للجرحى، ج2 إحصائيات اليوم  عدد المناطق التي تم قصفها: 82 عدد الشهداء: 160 بينهم 21 طفلاً و18 سيدة و4 تحت التعذيب (دمشق وريفها: 72، حلب: 32، إدلب: 18، دير الزور: 16، درعا: 11، حمص: 4، حماة: 2، القنيطرة: 1) قتلى الجيش النظامي: 41 (إدلب: 12، حلب: 9، دمشق وريفها: 8، دير الزور: 7، الرقة: 3، درعا: 2) عدد الجرحى: 160 عدد المعتقلين: 50 العمليات النوعية للجيش السوري الحر: السيطرة على بلدات سهل الروج وحارم في ريف إدلب إعادة السيطرة على حي صلاح الدين في حلب استهداف فرع الأمن السياسي في دير الزور ملخص الأحداث ارتكبت قوات النظام مجازر جماعية في كل من دمشق وحلب ودير الزور في الوقت الذي أصدر فيه الأسد مرسوماً بالعفو عن كافة الجرائم المرتكبة منذ بداية الأحداث، مستثنياً منها الجرائم المتعلقة بالإرهاب فقد شهدت محافظة ريف دمشق يوماً دامياً آخراً قضى فيه ما لا يقل عن 72 شهيداً وعشرات الجرحى، بينهم 26 شهيداً في مدينة معضمية الشام نصفهم تم إعدامهم ميدانياً بعد اعتقالهم على أحد الحواجز العسكرية ونصفهم الآخر سقطوا جراء استهداف سيارة مفخخة لجنازة تشييع بعض الشهداء عند جامع الزيتونة تزامناً مع قصف صاروخي استهدف أحد التجمعات السكنية، وسقط أيضاً ما لا يقل عن 14 شهيداً في مدينة دوما التي تعرضت لقصف بقذائف الهاون وإطلاق نار كثيف من قبل القناصة، في حين سقط عشرات الشهداء والجرحى جراء القصف الذي استهدف مدن وبلدات الغوطة الشرقية والزبداني وزملكا وحرستا وعربين وارتكبت قوات النظام مجزرة أخرى في حي مساكن هنانو في مدينة حلب عندما استهدفت قذائف المدفعية أحد المخابز مما أدى إلى سقوط أكثر من 20 شهيداً وعشرات الجرحى، في حين سقط أربعة شهداء من الأطفال جراء القصف المدفعي العشوائي الذي استهدف حي كرم حومد، كما عثر على جثتين لشابين مراهقين في حي الخالدية أحدهما لا يتجاوز ال12 من العمر ظهرت عليهما آثار تعذيب، في حين سقط عشرات الجرحى جراء القصف العشوائي بالطيران الحربي وراجمات الصواريخ والمدفعية الثقيلة على أكثر من 30 منطقة في حلب وريفها فقط وسقط ثمانية شهداء في مدينة البوكمال في محافظة دير الزور بينهم سيدتين وأربعة أطفال جراء غارة جوية على أحد المنازل السكنية، كم سقط عدد من الشهداء وعشرات الجرحى في قصف وصف بأنه الأعنف منذ أسابيع والذي استخدمت فيه قوات النظام راجمات الصواريخ والهاون والمدفعية الثقيلة والطيران الحربي الذي استخدم القنابل العنقودية على مدن دير الزور والميادين وغيرها من المناطق وتعرضت أكثر من 24 منقطة في محافظة حمص لقصف عنيف من قبل قوات الجيش النظامي وحزب الله المشتركة، كذلك شنت قوات النظام غارات جوية بالطيرانين الحربي والمروحي على مدن وبلدات ريف إدلب كان أعنفها على مدينة معرة النعمان وقامت قوات النظام بإعدام ستة مدنيين في مناطق مختلفة من محافظة درعا بينهم ثلاثة قضوا تحت التعذيب، في حين واصلت قوات النظام حملاتها العسكرية الشرسة وسط حصار خانق على درعا وحماة واللاذقية والرقة، والتي تخللها حملات دهم واعتقالات عشوائية، وحرق وتخريب للمنازل، وقصف عشوائي استهدف المناطق السكنية مخلفاً عشرات الشهداء والجرحى، فضلاً عن تهديم عشرات المنازل وإجبار مئات المدنيين على النزوح عن ديارهم وفي المقابل، دارات اشتباكات عنيفة في مختلف أنحاء البلاد راح ضحيتها ما يزيد عن 42 قتيلاً في صفوف جيش النظام و40 شهيداً من كتائب الثوار واستمر الثوار في محاصرتهم لمعسكر وادي الضيف وعدد من الحواجز العسكرية التابعة للجيش النظامي في محيط مدينة معرة النعمان في ريف إدلب،‫ وأعلن الجيش الحر أن أكثر من 80% من قوات النظام انسحبت بالكامل من محافظة إدلب بعد تحرير أكثر من 18 حاجز بينهم أربعة حواجز ورتلين من المدرعات قام الجيش الحر بتدميرهم اليوم في سهل الروج وحارم Revolution Statistics Syrians killed: 40,476 Children killed: 3,113 Females killed: 3,303 Soldiers killed: 3,850 Protestors killed under torture: 1168 Missing: +76,000 Protestors currently incarcerated:+216,000 Syrian refugees since March: +354,239 Refugees in Turkey: +100,363 Refugees in Lebanon: +101,283 Refugees in Jordan: +105,166 Refugees in Iraq: +41,955 Refugees in North Africa: +5,562 Internationl Reactions UN: Syrian refugees in Lebanon top 100000 UN peacekeeping chief says preparing Syria contingency plans Selected Media Coverage Al-Hayat: The Region and the Bleak Days!
