Summary of Events The Ahrar al-Sham brigades of the Syrian Islamic Front said it has fired a barrage of Grad-type rockets on the presidential palace or what is known as the “People’s Palace” in Damascus. This kind of attack that occurred for the second time, triggered high security alert followed by intense presence of security forces in the nearby square of the “Unknown Soldier” in the neighborhood of Muhajrin. There have been no reports on the aftermath of the attack so far. The rebels shot down four regime warplanes as they carried out aerial attack on opposition areas across the country. They shot down a MiG-type fighter jet in the Hama suburb of Madiq Fortress and another one in the Aleppo suburb of Manbij. They also shot down a Sukhoi-type fighter jet in the East Ghouta district of Damascus province in addition to a helicopter gunship in the Idlib suburb of Saraqib. The rebels also scored new advances nationwide as they stormed the 413th army bases as well as the Rankous groves in the Qalamon district near the Lebanese border. They also stormed a base of the army’s 14th regiment (oil depots) near the town of Naseriya in the Nabek district of Damascus province. In Daraa, the rebels stormed the Reinforcement and Transportation Battalions in the Daraa suburb of Baser Harir after killing and detaining a number of army soldiers in addition to acquiring a big quantity of arms and heavy weaponry. The regime ordered to shut down the Aleppo International Airport for 48 hours announcing its perimeter of 10km a “battle zone” in order to “wipe out” the rebels which stormed an air defense base in town of Tal Hasel, just 5-km away from the airport. Activists said that regime forces fired nine Iranian-made ground-ground missiles on Homs from its al-Naseriya base in the district of Qalamon of Damascus province. Activists also said that another Scud-type missile has landed in the Aleppo suburb of Marea. Regime forces shelled as many as 337 different locations across the country using all sort of heavy weaponry, including cluster, phosphorous, thermobaric and TNT bombs. Some 114 locations were shelled by mortar shells and 125 others were pounded by heavy artillery. More than 62 locations came under rocket shelling as fighter jets struck more than 26 others. These attacks caused extensive damage to residential buildings and left dozens of people dead and wounded and sent thousands fleeing their homes. At least 104, including 20 children, 12 women and 24 rebel fighters were killed due to the intense shelling and fighting today. Regime forces killed as many as 32 people in Damascus and its suburbs, the majority of which died due to the intense shelling in the provincial towns of Moadamiyat al-Sham, Kafarbatna, Jesrin, Douma, Otayba, Yalda, Daraya and Zabadani. Some nine people died when regime shells landed in a fruit market in the neighbourhood of Karm Maysar in Aleppo city, while six others died in an airstrike that targeted a hospital in the Aleppo suburb of Safeera. More than seven people were killed and dozens more were injured due to the aerial raids launched by regime fighter jets on the Hama suburb of Kafrnbouda. Regime military reinforcements are currently heading to Homs in order to join regime forces in their major onslaught that aims at taking over the entire city. الثوار يقصفون قصراً رئاسياً والنظام يغلق مطار حلب الدولي   أبرز أخبار اليوم للمرة الثانية على التوالي، الثوار يقصفون القصر الرائاسي في دمشق بوابل من الصواريخ النظام يغلق مطار حلب الدولي ويعلن المنطقة المحية به، منطقة عسكرية سقوط أكثر من 104 شهداء والنظام يرسل تعزيزات عسكرية إلى حمص أبرز المقاطع المصورة السفيرة، ريف حلب: استهداف مشفى المدينة وسقوط العديد من الضحايا الرستن، حمص: القصف يخلف عدداً من الجرحى ويجبر المدنيين على الفرار من منازلهم، ج2 المتحلق الجنوبي، دمشق: الجيش الحر يفجر دبابة تابعة للنظام بداخل المدينة إحصائيات اليوم عدد الشهداء: 104 بينهم 20 طفلاً و12 امرأة و24 مقاتلاً (دمشق وريفها: 32، حلب: 27، إدلب: 15، حماة: 14، درعا: 9، حمص: 4، الرقة: 2، دير الزور: 1 عدد المناطق التي تم قصفها: 337 قتلى الجيش النظامي: 39+ عدد الجرحى: 80+ عدد المعتقلين: 15+ العمليات النوعية للجيش السوري الحر: قصف قصر الشعب في دمشق إسقاط ثلاث طائرات حربية وواحدة مروحية السيطرة على الكتيبة  رقم 413 في منطقة القلمون بريف دمشق السيطرة على مزارع رنكوس الحدودية مع البقاع اللبناني بريف دمشق اقتحام الفوج 14 مستودعات وقود في منطقة النبك بريف دمشق اقتحام كتيبتي التسليح والنقل الشرقية في مدينة بصر الحرير بمحافظة درعا اقتحام كتيبة دفاع جوي في بلدة تل حاصل بريف حلب ملخص الأحداث أعلنت كتائب أحرار الشام التابعة للجبهة الإسلامية السورية عن قيامها بقصف القصر الرئاسي او ما يسمى ب "قصر الشعب" بعدد من صواريخ غراد صباح اليوم، حدث بعدها استنفار أمني كبير في ساحة الجندي المجهول في حي المهاجرين إلا أنه لم يتم الإعلان عن نتائج هذا الهجوم، ويعد هذا الهجوم الثاني هو الثاني من نوعه بعد أن قام لواء أبابيل حوران بتبني قصف المكان نفسه قبل عدة أسابيع تمكن الثوار من إسقاط أربع طائرات عسكرية تابعة لجيش النظام أثناء قيامها بغارات جوية على المناطق التي تسيطر عليها المعارضة، فقد تم إسقاط طائرتين حربيتين من طراز ميغ إحداهما في بلدة قلعة المضيق بريف حماة والثانية في بدة منبج بريف حلب، كما تم إسقاط طائرة حربية من طراز سوخوي في الغوطة الشرقية وأخرى مروحية فوق مدينة سراقب بريف إدلب وأعلن الجيش الحر عن سلسلة انتصارات جديدة حيث سيطر على الكتيبة رقم 413 وعلى مزارع رنكوس الحدودية مع البقاع اللبناني وذلك بعد السيطرة على حاجز المشفى الذي يعد أكبر حاجز للفرقة الرابعة في منطقة القلمون، كما اقتحم الثوار الفوج 14 مستودعات وقود قرب بلدة الناصرية في منطقة النبك، واقتحم أيضاً كتيبتي التسليح والنقل الشرقية في مدينة بصر الحرير في محافظة درعا وسيطر على كتيبة دفاع جوي في بلدة تل حاصل التي تبعد مسافة 5 كيلو متر عن مطار حلب الدولي، مما اضطر النظام على إعطاء أوامر بإغلاق مطار حلب الدولي بالكامل لمدة 48 ساعة بداعي ما أسماه "تنظيف منطقة محيط المطار من المسلحين"، وأفاد مصدر من داخل المطار أن عملية الإغلاق قد تستمر لأيام عدة في حال استمر التوتر حوله، و تعتبر منطقة محيط المطار بمسافة 10 كيلو متر منطقة عسكرية                  أفاد ناشطون أن قوات النظام قامت بإطلاق تسعة صواريخ أرض-أرض إيرانية الصنع باتجاه حمص من قاعدة الناصرية في منطقة القلمون التابعة لمحافظة دمشق، كما تم إطلاق صاروخ أرض-أرض من طراز سكود فجر اليوم وسقط في بلدة مارع بريف حلب وقصفت قوات النظام أكثر من 337 منطقة في مختلف أنحاء البلاد مستخدمةً القنابل العنقودية والفوسفورية والفراغية بالإضافة إلى البراميل المتفجرة، فقد شهدت حوالي 114 منطقة قصفاً بمدافع الهاون و62 منطقة قصفت براجمات الصواريخ و125 منطقة بالمدفعية الثقيلة، كما كثف الطيران الحربي من غاراته وقصف أكثر من 26 منطقة أخرى في حين ألقت مروحيات النظام البراميل المتفجرة على سبعة مناطق، مما أدى إلى سقوط عشرات الشهداء والجرحى وتهدم عشرات المنازل ارتكبت قوات النظام عدة مجازر في مناطق مختلفة من البلاد حيث وصل العدد الإجمالي لشهداء اليوم الذين تم توثيقهم إلى 143 شهيداً، بينهم عشرة أطفال وسبع سيدات و24 مقاتلاً من كتائب الثوار ففي دمشق وريفها سقط 32 شهيداً معظمهم قضوا نتيجة القصف الذي طال مدن وبلدات معضمية الشام وكفربطنا وجسرين ودوما والعتيبة ويلدا وداريا والزبداني، وفي حلب سقط تسعة شهداء في حي كرم الميسر جراء القصف الذي استهدف سوقاً للخضار، كما سقط ستة شهداء آخرون في غارة جوية استهدفت مشفى بلدة السفيرة بريف حلب، وسبعة شهداء وعشرات الجرحى في غارة جوية أخرى شنتها طائرة حربية على بلدة كفرنبودة بريف حماة أفاد ناشطون بتوجه أرتال عسكرية من ريف دمشق باتجاه حمص تحضيراً لاقتحام بقية أحيائها المحاصرة وذلك بعد سقوط حي دير بعلبة بيد قوات النظام يوم أمس Revolution Statistics Syrians killed: 52,164 Children killed: 3,927 Females killed: 3,866 Soldiers killed: 6,113 Protesters killed under torture: 1,364 Missing: +60,000 Protesters currently incarcerated:+140,000 Syrians injured: +137,000 Syrian refugees since March: +558,643 Refugees in Turkey: +147,107 Refugees in Lebanon: +170,637 Refugees in Jordan: +162,247 Refugees in Iraq: +67,015 Refugees in Egypt: +11,637 International Reactions UN Envoy: 2013 could bring 100000 deaths in Syria Brahimi to meet Russian, US diplomats Jordan Says Can Handle Any Syrian Chemical Threat Turkey's Erdogan tells refugees Syrian rebirth near Russia sends landing ships to Syria Selected Media Coverage Reuters: UN confronts failure of diplomacy in Syria Al-Arabiya: Syria 2012 sees rise of citizen journalism Aljazeera: Is a diplomatic truce in sight for Syria?
